Our client, a dynamic and respected player in the mining and construction sector, is looking for a Cost and Management Accountant to join their high-performing finance team in the Northern Cape.

In this hands-on role, you will take ownership of cost and management reporting that directly shapes key business decisions and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems and financial performance metrics
- Prepare detailed management reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Analyse job costing and profitability across multiple projects
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities
- Partner with project and operational teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
Job Experience and Skills Required:Bcom Honors degree in a related field required CIMA qualification advantageous6+ years within a similar role Costing experience beneficial Apply now!
