SUMMARY:
Do you enjoy being involved in strategy and implementation? The Cost and Management Accountant will we responsible for the financial reporting system and assisting the operational managers in their reporting needs.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Education

Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience:

Experience in dealing with Bonds and Guarantees in a tendering environment - advantageous

Experience in dealing with SARS Income tax and VAT audits

Experience in reconciling loan accounts in different reporting currencies

Job Description:

Manage the financial reporting process
Build and maintain an efficient financial reporting pack
Work with the Accountant in the project costing process
Manage the daily cash flow transfers
Maintain the costings and administration on the recurring and significant expenses (Fleet, cellphones, insurance, guarantees)
Assist in the compilation of the annual financial statements
Assist with requests relating to compliance and statutory
Assist in reviewing and updating internal financial systems
Make sure internal and external reporting deadlines are met
