POSITION INFO:

With a rich legacy and international footprint, this manufacturing leader is setting benchmarks in quality, sustainability, and product excellence. As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for a high-performing Costing Manager to lead the costing function and support strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain product costing models and standard costs
Analyze and monitor manufacturing variances, including material, labor, and overhead
Prepare detailed cost analysis reports for senior management
Work closely with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to improve cost efficiency
Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis
Implement and monitor cost control measures and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal controls
Ensure accounting standards are maintained

Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Cost Accounting, or a related field
CIMA qualification preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a costing role within the manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers
Inventory valuation experience
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills to liaise with finance and operational teams
