We are recruiting a Counter / Parts Sales Representative for a leading energy solutions branch in Lanseria.

POSITION INFO:
Counter & Parts Sales Representative - Lanseria, Gauteng - Salary: R10,000 - R30,000 per month (based on experience) + Commission About the Role: Do you possess an outgoing personality, a knack for sales, and an interest in technical machinery? We are recruiting a Counter \/ Parts Sales Representative for a leading energy solutions branch in Lanseria. This role combines face-to-face customer engagement with inventory display and product advisory. Key Responsibilities: Welcome walk-in clients, assist with product inquiries, and advise on part selection and maintenance. Execute over-the-counter parts sales to hit and exceed performance targets. Assist with incoming shipments, verify delivered stock, and ensure parts are displayed accurately. Inspect returned parts for defects and handle customer complaints with creative, service-oriented solutions. Capture customer details accurately on the POS\/computer system and maintain a clean showroom environment. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Counter Sales, Parts Sales, or a similar retail sales role. Languages: Fully fluent in English and Afrikaans . Technical Interest: Practical interest in electrical or engine parts is highly advantageous. Education & Skills: Matric with Higher Grade Mathematics (C+ preferred); Advanced MS Excel proficiency. Logistics: Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable transport are essential. Key Attributes: High EQ, strong negotiation skills, excellent math skills, and a confident, target-driven attitude.
