Duties:

Responsible for the reparation and analysis of financial reports which include income and loss statement, balance sheet & Cash flow.
Ensure the accurate reporting & transparency of monthly financial results in strict accordance with deadlines while providing timely feedback to Senior Management.
Co-ordinate and prepare annual budget/ monthly rolling forecasts, including operating and capital expenditure, Order income, Revenue, profitability, and cash estimates.
Responsible for the data input in the different tools and data consolidation.
Ensure any variations to budgets and forecasts are explained in management reports, including any future / potential exposures to the organization.
Manage/ send all lead country and head quarter reporting requests on time and control
their efficiency, Explain and analyse deviations in a clear and simple way.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
BCom Honours in Accounting

Experience:

5-10 years experience within a revenue and cost controlling environment
Experience in trade finance is a must including collaterals, payment instruments, documentary collections, demand guarantees and Incoterms.
Advanced experience/ Background in Accounting /Finance/ Project Management/ Business Administration
Knowledge of basic accounting principles. An SAP power user would be an asset.

Skills & Competencies:

Advanced communication skills paired with a good understanding of finance and business.
Energized, target-driven, highly motivated and decisive.
Proven high integrity in financial reporting.
Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines.
Can detect and solve problems independently
