Job Description
To develop, oversee, and maintain pertinent reporting frameworks, offering advanced analytical assistance, conducting in-depth analysis to inform and advise the department with data-driven insights and trends, and establishing and upholding precise data records, dashboards, and managerial reports.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to relevant stakeholders promptly
- Address system / technical concerns by submitting service desk tickets to IT
- Monitor all alterations to systems / policies / operations
- Create and distribute month-end reports promptly
- Accurately record KPIs
- Conduct comprehensive system testing from start to finish
- Handle ad-hoc projects
- Conducting ad-hoc analytics
- Performing monthly analysis on main Credit Risk domains
- Employing SQL for data extraction and analysis, generating data-informed, actionable suggestions for enhancing policies and procedures
- Collaborating closely with the Data Science unit to price and deploy Machine Learning / AI models that enhance portfolio results
- Automating reports and procedures
- Provide guidance and support in establishing and upholding data in the most effective manner possible
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Science, or a related discipline (Hons degree preferred)
Job Experience & Skills Required- 2 to 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Modeling, and Reporting (in Financial / Credit Risk Analytics)
- Credit Underwriting (beneficial)
- Proficiency in SQL coding
- Advanced skills in Excel
