Credit Control Manager

POSITION INFO:

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with the following skills and experience:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – particularly when handling calls from tenants and landlords.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships – liaising effectively with onshore Customer Care teams, Property Managers, landlords, and tenants.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Negotiation skills – proficient in obtaining arrears payments, negotiating reductions in arrears balances, and arranging possible payment plans.
Exceptional time management skills – able to prioritise a demanding workload in line with deadlines, including call handling, updating notes, and following through with actions.
Good business acumen for problem solving – identifying options to reduce arrears.
Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
Competence in client reporting.
Experience in scheduling and capacity planning.
Ability to manage large teams effectively.

Desirable:

Accounts Receivable and/or Credit Control experience.
3–5 years’ management experience.
3–5 years’ collections experience.
Property-related experience.
Flexibility to work varied shifts: 09:00–18:00 / 10:00–19:00 / 11:00–20:00.
