SUMMARY:
A Manufacturer to the Construction Industry requires a mature Credit Controller to head up their Debtors Department

POSITION INFO:

PICTURE

The debtors book represents the portion of everyone’s combined efforts that we have not yet collected. For this reason the function is critical to actively manage risk, whilst also allowing for growth of the business through constructive customer relationships.

STRATEGY

To exercise complete control over the Debtors Department, whilst growing constructive customer relationships.

CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS

Self management
Design(limited), implementation and maintenance of internal control systems
Report relevant information to management
Must ensure legal compliance
Engage constructively with management
Debtor days control
Control of Customer credit limits
Control of Credit Notes issued.
