A well-established graphics and marketing equipment supplier seeks an experienced and administratively strong Credit Controller to join their finance team based in Cape Town.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:

A well-established graphics and marketing equipment supplier seeks an experienced and administratively strong Credit Controller to join their finance team based in Cape Town.

Duties include but not limited to:

Processing receipts from bank statements to accounts

Filing and debtors admin

Liaising with CGIC for bad debts insurance

Sending out of monthly debtors statements

Keeping accounts within credit limits

Following up on outstanding / overdue payments

Credit Notes

Liaising with collection agents where required

Education:

Matric (Grade 12)

Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous

Skills & Experience:

3 to 4 years' experience in a full function credit control role is essential

Pastel working knowledge is essential

Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
