Credit Controller

Key Responsibilities

Basic Credit Control Function experience i.e

• Receipting and accurate allocating of payments
• Follow up on outstanding debtors
• Running of Age analysis and statements and any other reports that may be requested
• Vetting and obtaining the required documentation for new accounts to be signed off by management
• Loading of accounts once the process has been completed
• Liaison between Staff at the various depots and clients in relation to accounts as required

In addition

1. The candidate will be required to monitor the processing of Invoices particularly for the Blue Chip clients to ensure that our documents are correct and in accordance with the Contracts in place to ensure accuracy before sending to the client for payment

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in a similar position
• excellent numeracy skills
• attention to detail
• Relevant Diploma/Certificate
