JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:

I am assisting a company in the freight and logistics space secure the assistance of a seasoned Credit Controller for their fast-paced finance department on a 6 months contract. As the successful person to fill this role, you will be responsible for the end to end accounts receivable function from invoicing, calculating revenue through to collecting funds from principals.

Key performance areas include:

Accurate calculation of revenue in accordance with contractual terms
Submit statements to clients as per agreed deadlines
Ensuring minimum credit notes are issued
Complete checklist for moth end billing to ensure process is completed

Education:

Matric
Relevant Finance Diploma (preferred)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar industry
Syspro (non-negotiable) and Advanced Excel skills
3 years experience in managing Forex accounts
