SUMMARY:
Insurance Firm is looking for a Credit Controller with strong SAGE experience

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

Experience:

4 Years minimum Legal/Insurance experience
Proficient in Sage Accounting
Will be generating around 250 invoices a month

Key Responsibilities:

Capture bank transactions on a daily basis
Allocating payments received from debtors on Sage, Explorer and master debtor recons
Updating master debtor recon with payments, credit notes and fees on a daily basis
Updating Debtors by Adjuster recon with payments received, fees issued, credit notes, write-offs, etc.
Debtors collections
Payment requisition vouchers capturing all payments prepared – weekly and monthly
Ensuring month-end deadlines are met
Dealing with/solving queries on invoices both internally and externally.
Accurate record-keeping and attention to detail is essential
Liaising closely with adjusters and support staff
Involvement with producing reports for management
Flexibility and knowledge with adherence to systems and process changes
