A JSE listed company that leads the private sector in the fields of education and resourcing is seeking the professional experience of an Credit Manager.

As the Credit Manager you will be involved with the customers, billing, collection and legal process, you will need to be an organised individual with a love for numbers.

As an Credit Manager, you will responsible for the following:

Oversee analysis of accounts receivable, aging of accounts and collection procedures
Responsible for the overall performance of the team
Provide training to the team
Participate in annual audits and special projects
Update and maintain service catalogue
Responsible for customer master maintenance, invoicing, collections, AR related management reporting and enforcing corresponding internal controls
Implement and prepare strategy to achieve monthly collections target, reducing deductions and speed up the billing process
Offer operational support and assistance

Qualifications:

Matric

Diploma / Degree

Completed MBA

Skill:

10+ years’ experience

Attention to detail

Management experience in a Shared Service environment

Strong experience in Business Process/Continuity / Strong Business Acumen and Affinity

Innovative / Transformative / Improvement / Optimisation minded

Strong focus with Outcomes, Systems, Reporting, Management and Stakeholders
