A well-established financial services giant seeks an experienced, innovative and analytical minded Credit Manager to join their driven and friendly finance team based in Centurion, Pretoria.

The purpose of this position will be to assess, manage and monitor credit risk which shareholders and client portfolios are exposed to.

You will be responsible for credit risk management of a portfolio of corporate and public sector clients. This will include, but not limited to identifying risks, measuring, monitoring and management of credit risk for all product types on a individual, group and portfolio basis.

Education:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) is non-negotiable

Job Experience & Skills Required:

10+ years'' experience in a credit risk management role within a large corporate environment

Financial Services / Insurance / Banking industry exposure is essential for this role

Advanced MS Excel skills

Ability to identify risks

Strong analytical ability

Ability to analyse financial statements

Business acumen

Good relationship building skills

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills, reporting to EXCO and stakeholders

Strategic thinker

Deadline driven

Meticulous attention to detail
