POSITION INFO:
You’ll be part of a top-tier advisory team specialising in regulatory and financial risk management. Expect exposure to diverse, high-impact projects — from IFRS 9 impairment modelling and portfolio analytics to behavioural product pricing and credit monitoring frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, calibrate, validate, and monitor credit risk and IFRS 9 models (PD, EAD, and LGD)
Analyse portfolio credit metrics, benchmark against industry peers, and present actionable insights
Review and refine client deliverables for quality, accuracy, and strategic impact
Communicate project outcomes effectively with clients and internal teams
Draft comprehensive reports and presentations, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team upskilling

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Quantitative/Financial Engineering
Experience:
- 5–8 years credit risk experience in banking or consulting (retail credit exposure preferred)
- Strong understanding of IFRS 9, Basel II, and IAS 39 frameworks
Skills:
- Proficiency in programming tools such as SAS, VBA, MATLAB, R, or Python
- Proven project management and strategic delivery capabilities
- Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching abilities
- Client-focused, adaptable, and quality-driven with a commercial mindset
