SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking an experienced Creditors Clerk to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:Â

Matric is essential.Â
Related certificate, Diploma or Degree would be advantageous.
2 - 3 years similar experience.
Reliable transport.Â

Responsibilities:Â

30 day Creditors A â L.
Daily GRV link with supplier invoice.
Weekly refunds and OTA processing/ allocations /submissions.
Provide HOD with imports documents.
Weekly outstanding GRVâs list follow-up.
Weekly age analysis.
Creditors queries.
Monthly creditors project purchase report preparation and submission for payment.Â
Telephone relief during lunch/tea times as per schedule.Â
