Creditors Clerk

SUMMARY:
A client of ours within the construction sector is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Creditors Clerk to join their finance team in the Eastern Cape.

POSITION INFO:

Eastern Cape

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate with Mathematics as a subject
• Bookkeeping certificate or similar financial qualification
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a creditors or bookkeeping role

• Managing the supplier invoicing process
• Performing accurate monthly reconciliation
• Ensuring smooth flow of creditor-related transactions
• Manage wages and salaries
• Match invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders
• Perform monthly creditors reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain supplier accounts and assist with supplier queries
• Assist with general administrative duties when required
