General

3-5 years admin knowledge

Computer literate – Excel a must

Sage experience is advantageous

Good organizational and administrative skills

Admin

Check invoices/process invoices and file invoices

Contact suppliers telephonically for Statements – outstanding invoices

Resolve queries on recons

E-mail monthly recons to suppliers if requested

Requirements

Grade 12

3-5 years Admin Experience

Literate (Must be able to Read and Write)

Computer literate – MS Office

Sage experience is advantageous

Able to work under Pressure

Able to work as a Team

Able to work Overtime when required

Good Communicator

Stock takes every 2nd month

Attention to Detail

Reliable and honest
