JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A prominent company in St Francis Bay, is looking to employ an experienced Bookkeeper to their team. It is preferred the incumbent resides in Humansdorp or St. Francis Bay.

Experience:

At least fours years creditors/bookkeeping experience
Pastel and excel experience

Qualifications:

Diploma in bookkeeping preferred

Functions:

Be able to perform creditor recons
Be able to cost invoices to correct department codes
Understand Vat
Be able to post cashbook payments / receipts
Reconcile cashbooks on a daily basis
Upload payments on Electronic banking
Will be custodian for a number of companies
Understand T accounts
Pastel or similar experience

Be able to prioritise
Willing to work overtime if and when required
