JOB SUMMARY:
Creditors Clerk required for East Rand based company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a creditors / accounts payable role
- Sage / Pastel Evolution Accounting Software experience
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
- Own reliable transport

Main Responsibilities

Daily payments - creating payment vouchers, loading invoices to relevant system, loading
payments to bank, confirming daily payments with manager sending POPs.
Monthly Payments – Completing all payments for monthly creditors, creating payment
vouchers, loading invoices to system, completing monthly recons, loading payments to bank,
monthly schedule sent to Manager, final payments POPs sent to clients
Sage allocations of daily and monthly payments
Petty Cash balancing
Supplier statement recons to goods and services ordered
Accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices
Resolve differences between accounting records and supplier statements
Generate remittance advices for payment to suppliers
Preparing and processing of accruals
