JOB SUMMARY:
Property concern, based in Central Johannesburg, has an opportunity for a Creditors Clerk to join their team. Property background would be advantageous.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Senior Certificate (NQF4) or equivalent
Accounting Certificate / Diploma will be advantageous
Minimally 3 years of experience in the same role
Experience with MDA

Duties:

Process creditors’ invoices accurately on a daily basis
Ensure all invoices are valid tax invoices and contain all relevant and correct information
Ensure no invoices are processed without a valid order and proper authorisation
Obtain authorisation for invoices
Prepare creditors reconciliations for all creditors and ensure outstanding items are resolved within a reasonable time frame.
Ensure all supporting documentation is filed according to the agreed filing method
Filing of all documents must be undertaken on a regular basis
Perform any additional task that may be given by management from time to time
