JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilties

Purchase orders:
Create all purchase orders
Getting all PO's authorised
Match all PO's with creditors invoices and account for any differences
Process all authorised creditors invoices
Dealing with account related queries.
Ensuring that all payments are scheduled on time and in professional manner.
Keep all necessary schedules updated such as the cash flow forecast
Posting of bank statements onto system
Assistance with petty cash reconciliation.
Reconcile all creditors monthly.
Collect, process, and arrange payment of Forex Invoices
Processing and reconciling of Diners and Credit cards.
Update the daily cash flow sheet
On a weekly basis balance and update the master cash flow forecast
Balance all bank accounts weekly and as part of month end

Requirements:

Must have a Credit Management diploma or equivalent.
Must have a minimum 3 years' experience working in a medium-sized or larger business in the Creditor's Clerk role.
Must have experience working with VIP Evolution 200.
Must have Excellent MS excel skills
