A national mining and manufacturing conglomerate seeks an experienced Creditors Clerk to join their finance team based in Centurion, Pretoria.

Job & Company Description:
A national mining and manufacturing conglomerate seeks an experienced Creditors Clerk to join their finance team based in Centurion, Pretoria.

The purpose of this role will be to perform data capturing and creditors reconciliations.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
Maintain creditors’ records
Ensure payment of creditors in accordance with the suppliers credit terms
General data capturing, invoice processing, reconciliations, and ad-hoc administrative duties
Ensure that suppliers’ payments are done on time
Upload and prepare payments
Review reconciliation to supplier accounts to statement to ageing

Education:
Matric (Grade 12)
Certificate or Diploma in Bookkeeping

Skills & Experience:
2 to 3 years' experience in a full function creditors / accounts payable role is essential
SAP working knowledge is essential
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
Strong personality
Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
