POSITION INFO:

Receive and confirm tax invoices/credit notes validity from trade and sundry creditors and ensure they are duly approved
Reconcile and pay the trade and sundry creditors
Forecast weekly outflows for cash flow
Update local and foreign purchases monthly
Upload authorized payments
Capture tax invoices/ credit notes using general ledger allocation
Follow up on all queries
Keep accounts up to date

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-3 Years’ experience in a creditors role
Great communication skills
ERP experience beneficial
Ability to manage your time well

Qualification:
Matric non-negotiable
