SUMMARY:
Creditors Clerk – Construction Industry
Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking an experienced Creditors Clerk to manage a high-volume creditors function within a site-driven environment.
This role requires a strong reconciler who is comfortable dealing with multiple suppliers, tight deadlines and the fast pace of construction operations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Accurate matching and capturing of invoices to Purchase Orders and GRNs
Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
Liaising with sites and suppliers to resolve discrepancies
Managing and resolving creditor queries timeously
Ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and compliant

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Proven experience in a creditors role (construction experience advantageous)
Strong reconciliation skills
Deadline-driven with the ability to work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Strong planning, organising and problem-solving skills
BuildSmart experience will be highly advantageous
