JOB SUMMARY:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen with our client in the FMCG sector for a Creditors Clerk (Cold Stores) to join their Finance dept.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Take ownership of the allocated Cold Stores accounts
Processing of invoices from suppliers onto Syspro checking all supporting documentation
Prepare the relevant reconciliations
Resolve queries on the accounts
Maintaining Cold Store Claims

Requirements:

Matric / Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance
5 Years’ experience in a similar creditors’ role
Experience capturing invoices in the general ledger on an accounting system
Intermediate Excel Skills
Experience on systems such as Pastel / Syspro
