SUMMARY:
Creditors Clerk: Kempton Park

POSITION INFO:

Main Duties

Receive all invoices/ credit notes from creditors – 30 Days and C.O.D
Confirm the validity of the tax invoices/ credit notes, ensure that they have been duly approved.
Capturing of the tax invoices/ credit notes
Reconciliation and payments
Following up on all queries and keeping the accounts up to date.

Requirements

Experience on Pastel Evolution Accounting Software
Excellent oral communication skills, strong personality, strong organisational skills, excellent typing skills
Must be able to work independently and part of a team
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Fully computer literate: Word/Excel/Outlook (to an advanced standard)
