Creditors Inbound Inventory Controller

• Support the overall functioning of the Inbound Shipment Process to ensure that Divisional Processing is in line with Legislative Frameworks, Company Policy Guidelines, and Delegation of Authority.
• Ensure Shipments are processed on time (Inbound & MIRO Prior to ETA), that Inventory is correctly valued, and that Goods in Transit is fully reconciled.
• Ensure shipping documents are handed for customs clearance as soon as received, with the necessary clearing instructions submitted to the respective agent prior to shipment ETA.
• With the support of the Foreign Creditor Controller identify any shipment not inbounded into SAP but appears on Vendor Statements. Report to Management and resolve processing immediately.
• Ensure Non-TSAM Shipments are processed to the correct vendor.
• Ensure SAP Master Data is accurate and updated where necessary.
• Ensure Purchase Prices are accurately maintained and updated where required (Including Tracking & Status Reporting).
• Support in Audit processes (PACI, JSOX, APDP and Financial) and ensure compliance thereto.
• Support the resolution of processing queries and put in place measures to resolve.
• Ensure required record keeping and filing.
• Ensure Activities and Supplier Engagements are performed, in line with COCE, and are in a Professional and Ethical Manner that protects the Integrity of the Company.
• Continued focus of Kaizen Initiatives to improve Safety, Cost, and Operational Efficiency.
• Support the completion of any other reporting requirements from holding company.
• Support any ad-hoc projects or reasonable requests, other than mentioned herein, as required.
• Ensure 5S, and Health & Safety Compliance always.
