JOB SUMMARY:
You are a Self-starter, flexible and energetic individual with exceptional resistance to pressure in a high-volume environment, who has excellent people management skills and a strong understanding of the full creditors function within a company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This job will include, but not limited to the following:
Liaise with internal and external suppliers
Managing creditors clerks daily
Review and prepare supplier payments
Monthly invoicing, payments, and recons
Maintain creditors files
Regularly reporting to management on creditor status
Processing of supplier bank details
Hiring process for new clerks

Skills & Experience:
Management skills (non-negotiable)
Excellent communication skills
Advance Pastel Evolution knowledge (advantageous)

Qualification:
Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification
