Creditors / Wage Clerk (6 month contract)
Boksburg
R7000 - R9000

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Experience on Pastel Accounting system (Not a must as we are willing to train the person as this is a junior position)
1 years’ experience
Process all accounts payable, checking accounts, and also employee payroll
Match, check and process supplier documents
Processing of approved invoices, ensuring of correct levels of authority
Follow up on all outstanding invoices and reconcile items
Reconcile suppliers’ account
Timely and effective liaising with suppliers and follow up on all queries received
Develop required reports relative to all aspects of accounts
