CREDITORS CLERK ON ADHOC BASIS REQUIRED:-

COLLECT OUTSTANDING DEBT FROM CUSTOMERS
RESOLVE QUERIES AND RECON ACCOUNTS AS REQUESTED
RECONCILE SUPPLIERS
ENSURE THAT DISCOUNTS ARE CLAIMED CORRECTLY
ENSURE THAT ACCOUNTS ARE PAID TIMEOUSLY IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR DISCOUNTS
CAPTURE INVOICES ACCURATELY
ENSURE THAT INVOICES ARE CAPTURED IMMEDIATELY AS THIS AFFECTS STOCK LEVELS
E-MAIL COPIES OF RECONS & PROOF OF PAYMENT TO SUPPLIERS
FILE RECONS
GENERAL FINANCIAL & ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AS REQUIRED BY MANAGEMENT
