The Crewing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of crew management and logistics for offshore operations, ensuring vessels and offshore assets are adequately manned with competent and compliant personnel. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in offshore crewing management, including extensive exposure to Middle East offshore operations, and will have a proven ability to manage multinational crews in compliance with international maritime standards.

Oversee end-to-end crewing operations, including crew planning, selection, mobilization, rotation, and demobilization.

Manage and maintain accurate crew databases, ensuring all certifications, training, and medical requirements are up to date.

Coordinate with project managers, vessel masters, and HR teams to ensure optimal crew allocation for offshore projects.

Ensure compliance with local and international maritime regulations (MLC, STCW, IMO, and flag state requirements).

Build and maintain relationships with crew agencies, training providers, and maritime authorities.

Manage visa processing, travel logistics, and onboarding processes for offshore crew.

Implement and monitor crewing KPIs, ensuring cost efficiency, timely rotations, and crew retention.

Support recruitment drives for offshore personnel and ensure the selection of qualified and competent candidates.

Oversee crew welfare, grievance handling, and performance evaluation.

Prepare and present crewing reports, forecasts, and project readiness updates to management.
