SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Customer & Dealer Liaison Administrator in the Automotive industry to join their dynamic team in Irene, Centurion.

POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities
To provide exceptional administrative support and serve as a communication link between the company and various customer groups including end-users, dealers, and partners. This role requires strong people skills, technical knowledge of vehicles, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring data accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Serve as liaison between the company and clients.
Manage communications via Zoho CRM, WhatsApp groups, email (Outlook), and phone.
Handle data capturing, cross-checking and process validation.
Work across multiple departments to resolve queries and ensure smooth process flow.
Provide technical support and product information where needed.
Manage administrative tasks including Excel reports, documentation, and process tracking.
Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within 1st-world service standard timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong interest in and knowledge of cars (makes, models, features) — automotive industry background preferred.
Fluent in multiple languages for effective communication.
Advanced proficiency in:
- Excel, Outlook Business, Word, and OneDrive
- Zoho CRM
- WhatsApp for business communications
Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking ability.
High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and data validation.
Able to work well under pressure and maintain a sense of urgency.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Proactive, energetic, punctual, and reliable.
Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Process-driven with the ability to grasp and improve internal workflows.
