We are recruiting a Hospitality Call Centre Agent for an organisation based in the northern suburbs of Jo'Burg.

POSITION INFO:

SA Citizen
Diploma in Administration or similar discipline
Experience within the hospitality industry or similar environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer literacy skills, especially in Excel
Must be able to troubleshoot and empathise with clients
