POSITION INFO:

Recruitment Consultant

We're looking for an experienced, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team and make a real impact on clients' businesses and candidates' careers.This role is perfect for someone who already has solid experience dealing with clients, enjoys working with people, and knows how to juggle priorities while delivering great results. You don't need an HR qualification - if you have a diploma or degree in any field and at least 5 years of relevant experience, we want to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
Managing the full recruitment process from job briefing to placement
Sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to the right opportunities
Providing professional advice to clients on hiring and market trends
Delivering excellent service and consistently exceeding expectations
Working hard, staying organized, and thriving in a target-driven environment

What we're looking for:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a client-facing or recruitment/sales environment
Proven ability to work hard, manage pressure, and deliver results
A people-person who genuinely enjoys working with clients and candidates
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A diploma or degree (not necessarily in HR)
High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for success
