Customer Experience Centre Manager

SUMMARY:
CLC is currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Centre Manager.

The Customer Experience Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of our Customer Experience Centre (CEC), which provides emergency assistance services such as Roadside Assistance, Household Assistance, Medical Assistance, and other related services. Ensuring the smooth functioning of the Centre by maintaining service quality standards and achieving operational objectives.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA
• Business Administration / Management / Communication / Operations Management Degree
• Clear Criminal and ITC Records
• Computer Literacy – MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & other short-term software
• Minimum 10 Years Call Centre Management Experience
• Background in Insurance and/or Emergency Assist industry

• After Hours Availability (24/7 Customer Experience Centre)
• Ability to adapt to a growing department
• Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
