SUMMARY:
We are seeking customer services agents for an online home retailer.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through Zendesk, including delivery, returns, refunds, cancellations, product details, website issues, and complaints.
Address and resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Track and report on customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Achieve or exceed targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Handling online chats.

Requirements
2 years’ experience in online retail customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
An understanding of platforms such as Magento, Linnworks and Zendesk.
Good knowledge of Windows applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Able to work UK hours.
Remote position requires a strong internet connection required.
