Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Centurion
Remuneration: R10k - R15k

POSITION INFO:
PRIMARY TASKS:
To support the Customer Support Hub coordinating administration matters relating to tenants and customer service. General/ad hoc duties to be assigned from time to time

RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Administration.
Respond to customer calls, email, WhatsApp and communication received from the tenants through the Customer Service Hub.
Log all queries/ complaints/ service requests as per the standard operating procedures
Escalate all service-related tickets to the ADMIN hub for coordination between the operations/ site managers
Enter and update information on relevant databases
Ensure data is backed up.
Forward all follow up queries/complaints/service requests to the relevant facilities manager for accurate and relevant information and feedback/updates
Respond to all tenants follow – ups and provide feedback as per the policy and procedures.
Escalate matters to the relevant channels as per the procedure.

Risk Management
Controls, manages and governs the processes and systems within the area of accountability to ensure compliance and minimise business risk.
