Customer Service Agent- Forex/Crypto

We are looking for lively, detail-orientated, and experienced candidates to join our team as Customer Service Agents. The primary aim of this role is to provide exceptional customer support and service to our clients on our online platform.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and professional customer support via multiple channels
Assist customers with trading processes, platform navigation, and technical issues.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Stay updated on market trends and platform updates.
Client Identification and Verification (FICA)
Reporting Suspicious Transactions
Maintain customer confidentiality.

Requirements:

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
High School (matric) (Required)
Language: Fluent English
Proven customer service experience
Advantageous - strong knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms
Proficiency in customer service software and communication tools
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends
Effective communication skills
Reliable mode of transport
