POSITION INFO:
Join Our Team as a Customer Service Agent (Vehicle Rental) We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent to join our vehicle rental customer service team in the Cape Town Region. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for vehicle rental customers Coordinate vehicle bookings and check-outs Ensure vehicle readiness and presentation Assist customers with vehicle features and benefits Handle vehicle collections and returns Complete administration tasks and reports Upsell add on products Handle walk-ins wanting to book a vehicle Requirements: High School Qualification (Grade 12) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic sales knowledge is a plus Valid drivers license is preferred If you meet the above criteria and are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, apply now
