JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a candidate who can interact with international customers to handle complaints , process orders and provide information about the company's product and services. The service is generally provided telephonically via email and chat.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Agent who is fluent in German and is able to interact with international customers.

Required Minimum Education:

Grade 12
Tertiary qualification - advantage
Proficient in MS Office

Requirement Minimum Work Experience:

2-3 years of experience in international customer service
1-2 years experience working with international clients
Ability to follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards
Ability to probe for clarity to gather relevant information to assist in resolving customer request.
