SUMMARY:
Leading FMCG Group in Durban requires a Customer Service Centre Manager to manage a team of Customer Service & Order Processing Clerks to ensure orders and clients are serviced timeously.

POSITION INFO:

Key Requirements:

• Matric
• Tertiary Qualification (Supply Chain or similar)
• 5 Years’ experience in a similar role managing a client service team in a high volume FMCG environment
• Must have strong people management experience (preferably 50+ employees)
• Advanced Computer Skills on MS Office and SAP or similar ERP System
• Knowledge of end to end supply chain processes
