JOB SUMMARY:
A reputable organisation is in search of customer service oriented people to assist with attending to customers. This will be on a fixed term contract.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Core Responsibilities:

Assisting walk in customers with their needs
Administrative duties which will include data entry and updating
Offer advice to customers, face to face and telephonically
Undertaking ad hoc tasks as as per the Manager's request
Working as a team collectively to meet deadlines

Requirements:

Must have a Matric Certificate
At least 2 years working experience preferably in retail, hospitality, admin, marketing, customer services or debt collection environments
Must be computer literate
Good communication skills
