JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Well established outsourced / BPO specialising within the financial services sector urgently seeks to employ 15 skilled Customer Services Consultants with the anticipated start date being early February. Experience dealing with USA clients is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Dealing with an international client base
Handling debt collection responsibilities
Working towards internal KPA's
Conducting outbound calls
Negotiating payments
Dealing with customers in a professional manner
Working Night Shifts - Shift Times: 23h30-08h30 and/or 00h30-09h30 and/or 02h00-11h00 and/or 01h00-10h00 and/or 00h00-09h00 and/or 03h00-13h00 (Sunday-Thursday)

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
1 to 3 years solid call centre experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
International contact centre exposure essential
Debt Collection experience an advantage
Excellent Communication Skills
