Work closely with team leaders and agents to drive performance and engagement.

Helps you to gain more public speaking and a high confidence level.
Engaging with customers/clients on a day to day basis
Educate customer on product features.
Assist customers with enquiries

Strong communicating skills
Matric required, NQF LEVEL 4, business studies or financial services is a plus.
