Currently we are searching for a Customer service representative for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:
Listening to customer concerns and providing information, answers, or responses.
Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Obtaining and correctly capturing of customer information.
Handling customer complaints and processing returns/queries effectively.
Reviewing and making changes to customer accounts where applicable.
Identifying opportunities to up-sell other products and services.
Keeping records of customer interactions.
