Customer Service Supervisor (JHB)

SUMMARY:
Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair has a vacancy for a Customer Service Supervisor at our O.R
Tambo International Airport base. The successful applicant will report to the Manager Airport.

POSITION INFO:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assisting passengers with ticket sales, bookings and
flight changes;
- Dealing with problems such as delays, cancellations etc.;
- Explaining processes to customers and provide
assistance where necessary;
- Supervision of Ticket Sales staff.
- Manage ticket sales representatives, training, coaching
and performance evaluation;
- Ensure that all ticket sales representatives adhere to
Company policies and procedures, including prices,
Ticketing, and refund policies;
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related
to ticket sales;
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ticket sales
Department, including managing staff, scheduling
Shifts;
- Ensure that all ticket sales are handled efficiently and accurately with any errors or discrepancies.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Grade 12;
- Travel Diploma or Degree will be an advantage;
- 2-4 years customer service experience;
- Excellent communication in English – speak, read and
write;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel
and Outlook;
- Excellent phone etiquette;
- No criminal or credit record;
- Able and willing to work on weekends, public holidays
and flexible hours and shifts as required;
- Valid Covid-19 vaccination card.
