SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading FMCG and retail distribution company, seeks to employ a Customer Service & Warehouse Administrator to join this progressive and expanding professional team.

Please note that we require a candidate who has worked in a fast paced and pressurized FMCG warehouse and only candidates resident in the Helderberg or Cape Town region will be considered

POSITION INFO:
KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION: You will have Matric coupled with 2-3 years expertise in customer service administration, warehouse administration, stock control, logistics or operational support You must have a proven track record in managing customer queries, service desk activities, stock-related investigations, order administration, reporting and coordinating with warehouse and operational teams. Your advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, reporting, data administration, stock tracking and maintaining accurate operational records will be essential. Experience with Freshdesk or a similar ticketing platform, Magento and Order Flow will be advantageous. You must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and spending time on the warehouse floor to investigate queries, confirm stock availability and liaise with warehouse teams. You must have excellent communication, customer service, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You must be organised, reliable, proactive and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment. You must have a clear criminal and credit record.
