Our client is looking for a Customer Services Consultant to join their team in Sandton

POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities 1. Customer Communication: Answer inbound calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual. Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. 2. Email and Messaging Management: Monitor and respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communication platforms. Ensure all communication is handled promptly and professionally. 3. Customer Support: Offer support and information about the company's services, ensuring clear, concise, and helpful interactions with customers. 4. Administrative Duties: Perform routine office tasks, including maintaining accurate customer records and entering data as required. Assist in updating and managing databases with client information. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with the Onboarding Specialist and other team members to provide a seamless customer experience and contribute to the successful onboarding of clients.
