Multinational Brand is looking for a Customer Service Consultant in their Ghana operations!

POSITION INFO:

An exciting role with a Global Brand has just opened up in Ghana! The opportunity is for a Customer Service Consultant with responsibilities including to provide commercial sales support to the exports sales team in the area of customer servicing, business development and reporting. Apply Now!

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Must be able to communicate in both French and English (Written and Verbal)
Technical Knowledge and experience of building systems & products will be an advantage
Must come from building and construction industries
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP, CRM and QlikView will be an added advantage

2 years experience within customer services.
Ghana Nationality and Residency essential
